Very friendly and helpful staff, despite limited English skills. . Two hot spring baths, one indoor and one outdoor. Free and available WiFi in the rooms. Beautiful river path with cherry blossom trees, perfect for a peaceful walk.

The lobby is spacious, and there is a footbath - perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. The location is amazing, with a beautiful river path lined with cherry blossom trees. It's such a picturesque and peaceful setting. Plus, the staff were very friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English.
The room was a bit small, which made it feel a bit cramped. And unfortunately, the tatami floor didn't seem to be cleaned during our four-night stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The onsen water was amazing, with a silky smooth feel and a 9.7 pH alkaline level. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The location, nestled in the mountains by the stream, was picturesque and serene. The breakfast provided was delicious and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the rivers from our comfortable room.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location by the stream in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The staff welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning, were top-notch and made my stay very comfortable. The towels provided were plush and luxurious, and the free toiletries were of high quality. I appreciated having an electric kettle in the room for my convenience. Additionally, the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during my downtime.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
